Life happens!
It matters little how well I plan or how much or plan or even what I plan. Life has a way of coming in and jerking that rug right after I have planted my feet firmly in place.
I have a choice – I can give into the troubles that are determined to have a place or I can run them off their platform
The choice is always there and the choice is always mine.
Standing up to the troubles may not mean that they go away. It means that I refuse to give them a place, or give them control, or really give them the attention they crave (and that allows them to grow).
Put the troubles in their place and determine that you and you alone will be in charge of your next step.
