Quote of the Day

“What you focus on is what you will create. Maintain the focus on your BIG DREAMS to bring them to life.”

Thought of the Day

Draw a Straight Line

If you want to draw a straight line, put two dots on the paper – one dot where you want to start and one dot where you want to finish.

Put your pencil on the first dot and your focus on the second dot. Move the pencil to where you are focused.

If you want to draw a line to your BIG DREAMS then define where you want to start and focus on where you want to finish. Go to where you’re focused.

35 – Maintain Your Focus

You have to maintain focus if you’re going to get it done.

Maintain your focus by practicing these simple tricks:
GHD five points to maintain focus

  1. Write out your goals every morning. This keeps the goals fresh on your mind as you start the day.
  2. Post the goals around the house. My favorite spot is on the bathroom mirror because I see it multiple times each day.

  3. Read the goals during the day. Read the signs posted around the house or carry cards with the written goals.

  4. Share the goals with others. Tell them about what you are doing and why. Sharing your goals with others can stir your excitement and also theirs (which will stir your excitement even more).

  5. Review your goals at the end of the day. Write the goals again. Read them out loud. Have them fresh on your mind and in your heart as you go to sleep.

  6. You need your focus if you are going to get it done.
