I am designed to be in relationship. We are all designed to be in relationship. It is wise to choose the relationships – to build the team – that will help me grow up my unique place in purpose and on purpose.

Necessary Team Members for My Success

We are stronger together, so it is important that I build up a team with members that can provide me with a little extra encouragement or a little more support for my journey.

• I have team members that are my smile.
• I have team members that are my challenge.

• I have team members that are my focus.

• I have team members that are my anchor.

• I have team members that are my simplicity.

We are designed for relationships – from the very beginning of time – and we are better and stronger when we are invested in relationships that feed our hearts and minds in a purposeful and a positive way.

A team works together to make it work. We can do more together. We can discover more ways to get things done when we apply all of our thoughts. We can make more of our individual journeys when we team up with others.

We really are stronger together.

When I gather people around me the people that will encourage me and push me, then I position myself to do more and to do better.

I can win on my own, but I will reach higher goals and possibilities when I have a team around me to help me along the way.
