Journey to Change
No plan, no pills, no programs – just better choices and determined commitment to those choices
I laid back down this morning – not because I needed to or because I didn’t want to get up but simply because I could lay back down. I had nothing that had to be right in that moment.
It was a nice, easy way to start the day – although not the way I always want to start.
I did dive into my to-do list, getting as many items gone as fast as possible remembering that lunch time is the typical time when I slow down. The more I get done before then the more I am going to get done in my day.

- MOVING: 9:00 am – 10 minutes cleaning;
LEARNING: 4:30 am – Scripture reading; 5:10 am – Think and Grow Rich study; 10:00 Writers Chat
FUELING: 7:00 am – ice water (28 oz); 9:30 am –sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; 2:30 pm – chicken wrap and chips; 6:00 pm – 2 cups cereal
ENGAGING: 10:00 am – coffee with dad; livestreaming with Zef

I have to do better about planning for meals – in particular when the kids are away. It’s too easy to do nothing and end up eating cereal instead of something more fuel fulfilling.
