Journey to Change
No plan, no pills, no programs – just better choices and determined commitment to those choices
I skipped yesterday – because I could.
This morning, I doubled down on my efforts – in part to make up for yesterday but mostly to prepare for the week ahead.
I was up at 4 am – something I NEVER do on a weekend. I didn’t even have to set my alarm – which was good because apparently I didn’t set my alarm.
I got up. I got going. I started knocking things off the list.
Now to keep that momentum going!
Focus for the Journey to Change

FUELING: 7:30 am – ice water (28 oz); 9:00 am – sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; 11:30 am – lemon/apple cider vinegar water (28 0z); 1:00 pm grilled cheese with pickles and ½ cup chicken noodle soup; 5:30 pm 3 fried eggs, 1 cheese bagel, and two sausage patties; 7:00 pm ice water (28 oz)
Recap of the Day
Although I didn’t get as much done as I had planned, I still got way more done than I would on a normal Sunday. I am regretting that heavy dinner. I would probably have been better off with that bowl of cereal I originally considered. Sometimes I choose better than other times.
