Proverbs Devotion

“Incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding . . . then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.” (KJV) Proverbs 2: 2 & 9

The focus does make all the difference. What are you trying to see?

I recently had a conversation with a person struggling to find peace in a situation. I said something to him that I have said to more women than I can count. “If you are looking for your affirmation from something outside of yourself then you will always be struggling.”

It has to start with the heart. Put the Word in your ears continuously. Put the Word in your eyes continuously. Pretty soon the Word will take root in your heart. Once it is there then it will begin to grow and you will begin to understand that Word and your place in and through that Word. When that understanding blooms then you will have a clarity like few ever experience. You will see it all . . . yea ever good path.

Get focused and begin to see the world in a way you may never have imagined.
