Tackling the Itty Bitty Blogathon Challenge
It is all about relationships, but the challenge for many of us is how to make the relationships a reality. That message had been following me around from church, to small groups, to a recent book signing. Yesterday, I received a notice that the Blogathon Bash would be hosting an Itty Bitty Blogathon and it was another reminder of how valuable relationships are for reaching all of my goals.
Encouragement makes all the differences when it comes to pushing myself. Living in a house full of men, in a little cabin way back in the woods does not leave a whole lot of room for regular interaction of the encouraging sort. I resigned myself to doing it all on my own.
I am not supposed to do it that way. The journey becomes easier (and more enjoyable) when I connect with others. The Blogathon Bash, the Facebook page, and challenges like the Itty Bitty Blogathon do that for me. They give me the opportunity to connect and also to push forward in my writing goals.
It is not too late to join in the journey and to connect with others. You may not be able to participate in the Itty Bitty Blogathon, but you may be able to encourage those of us that are diving in during these 24 hours. It may be that this challenge inspires you to create your own challenge. Just get something from it and do something with that getting.
