3 Tips for Finding the Little Extras
Finding Little extras can go a long way in pushing me to the next step of success
My day did NOT go as planned. The phone call that had all of my answers did not come – instead I received an email telling me that I had to find my answers down another path.
The expectations I had masterful set into place began to crumble around me – instead I was left wondering if the lost pieces could be replaced.
The schedule so carefully crafted never even caught my eye – instead I chased around one squirrel after another until my day was gone.
The enthusiasm and hope that had lifted me so high the last few nights I struggled to sleep had evaporated – instead I was left wondering if the choices I had made were even related to where I needed to be going.
My car had stopped and I felt like I was the only person trying to get it moving again.

I took a moment to visit my Facebook page – THE Kathryn C Lang. I have been changing things up and wanted to see what results the changes were producing. The number of people that had liked my page – as of that moment was 333.
Maybe it was a sign – maybe it was a coin.

Finding the Little Extra I Need to Reach My Success

1. Keep an eye open. There are always blessings all around. A breeze at the perfect moment. A beam of light when you need it most. Or a butterfly lighting on your leg. I know that it is okay but these small reminders can help add up to big relief.
2. Be willing to accept. I have to be open to those little nudges and encouragements – no matter how they may show up in my life.
3. Make a record. Sometimes the little extra I need comes from the past. I stumble over a fan letter or an email that someone sent sharing how my words lifted or inspired them. Having these reminders around where they can be accessed (easily) can keep me going when I want to give up.
The little things matter. The little bits put together make big difference. The little blessings give big hope. The little extras remind me that I can reach my success.
