Quote of the Day

“ Don’t get tangled in much doing instead be purposeful in doing much.” – Kathryn Lang

Quote of the Day - much doing

Moment of HOPE

Purposeful In Much Doing

It is up to you. You are the only one that can bring your BIG DREAMS to life. I can encourage you to take the better actions. It fuels my own pursuit of BIG DREAMS to be an encouragement for you in pursuit of yours.

But it will still be up to you.

It’s important to do what you need to do and keep your focus on your BIG DREAMS so you don’t get tangled up in much doing – much distractions, much hole digging, or much just off the mark swinging.

Don’t get tangled in the much doing. Be focused so that you will be positioned to be purposeful for doing much.

Challenge for Intentional Actions

Practice Much Doing

If you are going to live out your place in purpose, then you have to stop investing in much doing.

1. Define what needs doing.
2. Break it down into little bits.
3. Make a purposeful choice to do one little bit.
4. Keep investing in the little bits.

The more you practice the little bits the more they will add up to getting much done.

78 – Called to Join

God is always at work around us – sometimes with big things but mostly in little things. He is that still, small voice in the midst of the storms – not the lightning and thunder.

    #GrowingHOPE Daily - 5 points - called to join

If we are going to join Him in what He has done then we have to learn to recognize Him at work. It is about seeing God at work in the moment where you are because when you see him at work that is your invitation to join Him.

  • First, be watching. Remember, you will always find what you are looking for. If you are persistently looking for God at work then you will consistently find God at work.

  • Second, be ready. The moment you see God at work is the moment you are invited to join Him. The time is now, be prepared to move.

  • Third, be discerning. You will see a lot of opportunities but you have to be certain that you are making the better and best choices.

  • Fourth, be realistic. God can do anything but does not mean that you will receive everything you want or desire.

  • Finally, be protected and protective. Put on the armor of God so you can walk through this life protected. Be protective of your place in purpose by being consistently invested in knowing your uniquenesses and how they fit into God’s design.

You have to be protective of your possibilities and you also have to protect yourself on the journey.
