  1. Hi Kathryn –

I’ve gained so much from your blog and shared it with others via links. I think you’re an excellent writer.

Maybe it’s the marketing end that needs tweaking. Many people are on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. I’m not an expert, but if you want to brainstorm, feel free to email me. 🙂

    Blessings,
    Susan

  2. Hi! I’m new here and just started reading your blog. It’s comforting to know that even experienced writers like yourself have doubts. It makes me feel normal! Anyway, I think it’s possible that maybe the economy is effecting the amount of work you get. Or it could just be a normal part of freelancing. You’re doing a great job! You never know what next week or next month will bring!

    1. Not knowing is the thing that causes many people to give up on their passion and purpose. It can be comforting knowing the job will be there and the paycheck will be in the bank each month. But I have found that having a group of people around me to encouragement and lift me up when I struggle on my own helps me stay persistent in my pursuit of passion!

  3. Wow, I’ve been pondering those questions myself, and I haven’t yet stepped into the freelance world–I’m still working on my novel! Though, I’ve been contemplating attempting to break into freelancing. Great tips. I’ll be coming back. 🙂
