We are looking for the best candidate to fill a position in our company. On the job training is possible but some experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following elements in the organization:

• Responsible for setting all daily schedules, shuffling appointments and meetings to allow for timely arrivals, maintaining separate and group calendars in a way that is easily accessible for everyone.
• Responsible for planning and implementing curriculum for grades 6^th, 4^th, and preschool for the year 2008 -2009 and subsequent material there after, and to plan new curriculum as needed.
• Responsible for the planning, shopping, and creating of each meal and snack including unexpected guests, events or situations.
• Responsible for all financial transactions including (but not limited to) tax preparation, allowance, bills, and investments.
• Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the house and the property including (but not limited to) landscaping, interior design, pest control, remodeling, organization, and coordinating or implementing all repairs.
• Responsible for the continued spiritual growth of self through prayer, quiet time, and other forms of study.
• Responsible for bringing in resources to the home through outside employment or self-employment in the home.
• Responsible for managing any and all crisis that come to the home or surrounding family members (including those that affect self). 
• Responsible for all communications including (but not limited to) thank you notes, invitations, correspondence, telephone calls, and visits.
• Responsible for organizing and supervising all social gatherings in or around the home including (but not limited to) birthday parties, play dates, and park days.
• Responsible for identifying all living creatures or other objects that may be presented by visitors or family members at any time of the day (or night).

Must be willing to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week – vacations may be canceled for any reason at any time. Only one sick day per year available and this may this may be canceled according to the needs of the organization.

                        Veterinarian skills (particularly wildlife)

                        Finance management and planning

                        Communications

                        Large amounts of Patience and understanding

                        Ability to speak toddler fluently

                        Knowledge of coaching every known sport
