You can make it a little less challenging if you focus on putting the puzzle together one piece at a time, instead of throwing up the whole box and expecting all the pieces to fall into place.

When it comes to living healthy, you have to find a way that works for you so that you will work it.

    To get your health budget in order, you have to follow the five basic steps.

  • First, test your health. What are you doing? How are you doing? Why are you doing it?
  • Second, evaluate the results. What did you want?

  • Third, adjust your expectations. What are your goals? What are your truths?

  • Fourth, set a new budget. How will you get there?

  • Fifth, review and adjust. How has it worked? What can you do different?

What you do matters for how you live, but if you don’t measure what you are doing then you can make the better choices for how you want to live.

A budget gives you the tools to be healthy and live healthy for your specific journey.
