A little bit may not seem like much, but if you keep doing the little bits those little bits add up and before long you cross the finish line.
Be okay with the little bits.

When you try to get it all done at once, you exhaust and overwhelm yourself. When you focus on the little bits with consistency and focus then you will get there.

- Utilize the little bits of time you have – or multiple purpose tasks to maximize your little bits.
Utilize the little bits of resources – piecing together your resources helps you make the most of all you have.
Utilize the little bits of accountability – places where you get together on a regular basis for other reasons offer the perfect occasion for accountability.
Utilize the little bits of variety – find ways to make more of differences.
Utilize the little bits of movement – ten minutes at a time will get your heart rate up and your momentum going.
Little bits make a difference, so find your way to be okay with the little bits.
