Relationships help you find your footing, make your stand, and be bolder in pursuit of all you’re designed to be.

    Power comes from relationships. We are designed to work together, to grow together, and to be together because we are better in relationships.

  1. Relationships begin with connections – you have to meet and greet to grow and go.

  2. You grow up those connections into relationships by making time for engagement. Engagement is sharing – sharing laughter, sharing support, sharing ideas and creativity.

  3. You will be accountable to the relationships you have grown up.

  4. Relationships provide support for you and will strengthen you as you support those relationships.

  5. You need relationships to build the encouragement to fuel your BIG DREAMS.

    6. You are designed to be in relationships so you have to find your ways to make investment in relationships.
