The time has come to take the next leap. Before I jump, I need to evaluate where I have been so that I can better prepare for where I am going.

Most of the time, I look at what didn’t work at all or what didn’t work best and I try to figure out a way to make things go better.

I am learning to look at what DID work and then finding ways to enhance those wins or put those wins to work in even better ways.

I do need to judge the things that didn’t work – but I also need to take a moment to honor the wins.
