Journey to Change
No plan, no pills, no programs – just better choices and determined commitment to those choices
Up and at ‘em once again!
I stayed in bed a few minutes after the alarm went off because my first thoughts were negative. I closed my eyes, relaxed, and then when I opened them I said “today is a very good day” and only then did I get out of bed.
Because of a potential schedule adjustment, I am ahead on my radio scripts – whoop! That means that I can focus on creating a schedule that will work to meet all of my goals and objects in house, yard, work, and health!
Focus for the Journey to Change
- MOVING: 6:00 am – 10 minutes stretching; 7:30 am – 30 minutes walking (1.5 miles)
LEARNING: 4:30 am – Scripture reading; 6:10 am – Think and Grow Rich study; 7:30 am – 30 min mediation on Purpose; 12:00 pm Law of Attraction blab
FUELING: 7:00 am – ice water (28 oz); 9:30 am – ½ sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; 11:30 am – soft taco; 12:00 pm ice water (28 oz); 3:00 pm – 2 cups popcorn; 6:00 pm – ½ whopper and 1 small fry
