I remember hearing that it took more muscles to frown than it did to smile – so smiling was a better use of my efforts.

Along that same train of thought, I’m going to do something, so I might as well do what moves me closer to my BIG DREAM goals.

There will always be a reason or an excuse – and some of them may even seem valid or overwhelming – but in the end the choice will always be mine.

It takes the same amount of energy to choose to say as it does to choose to go. Only one choice will move me closer to the success I desire.
