It Starts with the First
It starts with the first. If you are going to make it happen, focus on the first. Each day add another first – because every day provides the clean slate for all of your firsts.
Eventually, the little bits of firsts create the big results you were pursuing.
Don’t sweat the big stuff. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on the first and the little bits of first and the rest will begin to fall into place.
Build up the habits that will help you get it and keep it.

Accomplish Your First
It all starts with the first – first moment of believing, first move to embrace, first step to move. Each first leads you a little bit closer to your big possibilities.
Today’s challenge is about finding your way to accomplish your first.
1. Define the objective.
2. Make out the first that is necessary.
3. Record how getting the first completed felt.
4. Repeat as necessary.
It is possible to do more and to be more than you ever imagined when you make the choice to focus on the first, invest in the little bits, and continue the bits until it’s done.

67 – It Starts with a Seed
Everything you want to do begins with a seed – an idea, a spark, a possibility. In pursuing your place in purpose, it is the heartseed of the unique you that is the beginning. Your place in purpose was crafted to match your gifts, talents, abilities, journey, and so much more.
And only you can live it out.
- Point One: Find Your Heartseed. You have to uncover the seed before you can help it grow.
- Point Two: All Seeds Can Germinate. Temperatures, soils, care, and consistency all play into how your heartseed will germinate.
- Third Point: Nurture the Seed. You have to give your heartseed the unique nourishment it requires.
- Point Four: Invest in Regular Maintenance. Take care to take care of what you are growing.
- Point Five: Prepare for the Harvest. Your harvest will come at just the right moment and if you aren’t prepared you may leave your blessings to rot on the ground.
You have to have a firm grasp on your heartseed to be strong enough to take a stand into your unique design.
The more you understand your heartseed the better positioned you will be to recognize the blessings and live in those blessings when they arrive.
