Build a Habit of Laughter
A habit of laughter gives you the armor you need to DEstress your life so you can thrive in this journey. The more you laugh, the more laughter will be a part of your day.
- Spend time around others that laugh.
- Tell bad dad jokes and other random silliness.
- Collect media (television shows, movies, podcasts) that make you laugh.
- Attend laughter-inducing events – comedy shows, movies, or plays.
- Make laughter intentional in your day – even if you have to fake it until you make it.
When you make more space for laughter in your day then laughter becomes a more natural part of your experience. If you want to embrace laughing then build a habit of laughter that will create the space you need to get it done.
