You need a Can Do team if you’re going to stay on track for your success.
THEY will always tell you it’s impossible. They know if you ever decide you can then you will. That’s the way our minds work. When you think you can, you do.
THEY want you to believe you can’t. The last thing THEY want is for you to leave out your YOUnique design.
But nothing is impossible until you decide it is. And you won’t decide it’s impossible unless you surround yourself with people who tear you down with can’ts. Gather the Can Do team who will build you up with cans.

We all need more can do people in our lives. The people who not only face the mountain, but they have the audacity to dare the mountain to try and stop them, are the very ones we need to dare us to build up our own can do attitude.
Finding the Can Doers
Can Doers get things done. It may not be done perfectly – after all, done is better than undone perfectly (no matter how perfect we think that undone might eventually become). Can doers RARELY do things exactly as you desire. It’ll be correct, just not always exactly to your specifications (unless exact and precise are required for completion).
It gets done because Can Doers find a way and encourage others to find their way. The more doing being done, the more that gets done and the more you want to be doing.
Look for Targeted Action
Most Can Doers stay active with targeted and intentional actions that move them toward their passion and purpose.
Seek Joyful People
The Can Doers laugh more and enjoy the journey because they aren’t spinning their wheels trying to figure out how to get it done. They are doing.
Find Team Builder
The tasks are easier when we go together because we are stronger when woven into a team. Can Doers seek to build teams for whatever part of the journey they find themselves on (and whatever journey for the season).
Search for Team Players
Building a team comes with a willingness to be a part of the team. You find Can Doers pushing up their sleeves and getting personally invested in the work of the team.
Accept Bold Initiators and Diversifiers
People who see things differently find ways to do things differently. Can Doers are the exact opposite of the “we’ve never done it that way before” crowd. They rebuild to something stronger, better, faster.
If you are going to stand strong in your YOUnique design, you have to fuel your daring to believe. Gathering the Can Do team fuels that strength to stand.
Play the Game By Your Rules
Someone recommended Fans First by Jesse Cole, and I will be forever grateful. The story he told of his dreams and the Savanah Bananas completely upside right way of playing the game of baseball delighted me. I shared snippets with my husband while I read and the words were inspiring and encouraging and daring us to do things in our YOUnique way.
Money wasn’t the primary focus, people were. Which seems completely counterintuitive when it comes to building a business.
The world rules remind you constantly that it is money that makes the world go around. The truth of meaningful success is that constant pursuit of money will leave your life lacking. You will be caught spinning in circles until you are so dizzy you can’t determine which way is the right way for you to go.
If you are going to live your YOUnique design then you have to be so rooted in your purpose that it’s the only thing you can believe.
How do you define success?
If you don’t take time to define success for your journey then others will define it for you.
What are the craziest dreams you’ve ever dreamed?
Dreaming without limits can give birth to possibility thinking that’s extreme and beyond what the world had told you was possible.
What have others done that ignited a daring desire in you?
The success of others can be the inspiration necessary to drive you to step into your BIG DREAM goals.
What are you willing to give up to get there?
You have to make intentional choices to get to where you want to be, but often times you have to intentionally give up things as well. Make space by letting go of the things holding you down or holding you back.
What do you need to thrive in your journey?
Define your bottom line so that you know the first goal. If you don’t know then you can’t go.
Reset the rules of the game to align with your heart and your design. Surround yourself with attitudes and actions that will give you the fuel to live your abundant life. Gathering the Can Do team for your life will make it easier to do what you need to do (and give you the encouragement you need to do it).
